Saturday at 9:00 am and we were set up for the Underwater Pumpkin Carving Contest. We had Pumpkins, Donuts and Stuff to drink. Chuck Jones, Laurice Jones, Bill Bradley, Jhordan Canfield, Sherri Gladu, Charles Gladu and Bill Scott entered the water and the fun began.  It is amazing how much extra weight you need to get and keep a pumpkin down. Fish were fed from the pumpkin scraps and fun was had by all. We had Alan, Joanne and Vicki organizing everything on shore, while hundreds of people watched the happenings. Seems we picked the same day there was The Mr. Pumpkin Iron Man and the Girl Scout Beach Clean-up day to hold our event. There were 2 large groups of people that showed up after 11:30 and missed us - oh well there is always next year.  We will have a videoette of the hapenings for the next GR8 Team Meeting and you will get to chose from the final 3 for 1st- 2nd & 3rd Place.
